If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Once you receive your item please inspect the item and contact us at within 48 hours of receipt if for any reason you wish to return the item.  You then have 30 calendar days to return your item from the date you received it.  

We cannot accept returns for items which we are not notified of by the customer within 48 hours of receiving the goods. We also cannot accept the return of items which were received in the appropriate condition and then opened.

If we are not notified of any problems within 48 hours of receiving the goods then we will assume that the customer is satisfied with their order and the contract is complete.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged Goods

If your item is damaged or faulty, we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 7-10 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

International Delivery

We will not be held responsible for any customs related delays, losses or issues in the country of delivery.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
